WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
This Business Wholesaler Agreement establishes the terms under which Sure Secured LLC ("Supplier") will provide wholesale products to said "Wholesalers". The agreement grants a 30% discount on all purchases exceeding 50 units per SKU, while orders below this threshold will be charged at standard wholesale rates. Orders must be placed in writing and paid in full before shipment, using approved payment methods such as [Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer, etc.]. Supplier agrees to ship orders within 30 business days after payment confirmation, with shipping costs borne by the Wholesaler unless otherwise arranged. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged goods, with refunds or replacements issued upon Supplier’s approval. The agreement is effective from Start Date and remains valid until either party terminates it with 30 days’ written notice or in cases of contract breach or non-payment. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, discounts, and proprietary business details. The agreement is governed by the laws of [State], representing the entire understanding between Supplier and Wholesaler, superseding any prior agreements.
